Job Descriptions
- Oversees and drives the B2B strategy to achieve revenue targets and maximise growth opportunities
- Defines the strategy and direction of the sales team in the Non-Jabo area
- Involved in hiring and performance managing the sales team to achieve the sales strategy and objectives as defined
- Plays a critical role in expanding the company’s footprint in the B2B market, identifying new business opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service
- Develop our LTL, Same Day & Cargo business & services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Having experiences min. 7-10 years in B2B sales, with at least 3-5 years in a sales leadership role for Logistics and/or manufacturing industry
- Experiences in developing a Go To Market sales plan and In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and sales forecasting tools
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving results
- Strong in B2B background and have undestanding of market outside Jabodetabek especially East & Central Java area
- Willing to travel frequently
