Requirements
Requirements:
Final-year student/fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or related fields. Basic understanding of social media, digital marketing, CRM, and campaign performance. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides. Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and willing to learn CRM tools such as Qontak. Prior experience in social media, digital marketing, or CRM is a plus.

Job Description:
- Support the planning and execution of social media activities, including content scheduling, publishing, monitoring, and performance tracking.
- Assist in the execution and monitoring of digital advertising campaigns, including campaign setup, daily performance monitoring, and reporting.
- Support CRM and customer engagement activities, including customer database management, campaign execution, and communication through CRM platforms.
- Prepare and maintain marketing campaign reports and dashboards, including key performance metrics and campaign results.
- Conduct basic data analysis to identify campaign performance, customer engagement, and areas for improvement.
- Support the team in preparing marketing materials, campaign briefs, and creative requests and coordinate with relevant internal teams or partners.
- Monitor social media and campaign performance and highlight relevant trends, issues, or opportunities to the team. Support other marketing and customer engagement initiatives as required.
