岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1、参与软/硬件产品的需求分析与设计工作，识别可测试性需求，参与产品需求分析;

2、设计和执行详尽的软硬件测试计划，以确保产品性能、可靠性和安全性符合预期标准;

3、进行系统测试、集成测试、负载测试和UT测试，包括自动化测试脚本的编写和执行;

4、协助制定公司测试标准，不断更新和制定测试规范及各指导手册，完善测试规范体系。

任职要求 / Requirements

1、4年以上软硬件测试经验，其中至少2年硬件测试经验;

2、精通测试方法论，具备制定和实施高效测试策略的能力，有硬件产品测试经验;

3、熟悉自动化测试工具和框架，能够独立搭建测试环境;

4、具备优秀的问题分析和解决能力，以及在压力下保持高效率工作的能力;

5、C端智能产品、家电行业欢迎投递。
