Technical GTM / Founders Office Intern

About the role

We’re a YC-backed, early-stage team, and we’re looking for a high-agency GTM intern to help us find the right customers and turn early signals into meetings, pilots, and repeatable growth.

This is a technical GTM role at the intersection of growth, data, automation, and storytelling. You will use AI heavily behind the scenes to build internal workflows, analyze results, and increase the speed of experimentation.

You’ll work directly with the founders. This is not a make decks and observe meetings internship. You’ll own real experiments, publish content, talk to prospects, and help us figure out what converts.

What you’ll do

• Build and operate AI-assisted systems for identifying, researching, and engaging potential customers
• Use modern data, automation, and AI tools to improve how we find and understand target accounts
• Design growth experiments across outbound, content, SEO, communities, and emerging channels
• Develop thoughtful, highly relevant campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Own Nivara’s content presence, product narratives, website updates, and search-focused pages
• Work directly with the founder/CEO on customer research, positioning, new market experiments, and early sales
• Own a clear outcome: consistently creating qualified customer conversations for Nivara

  What we’re looking for

• High agency: you take an ambiguous goal, identify what needs to happen, and move without waiting for detailed instructions
• Be comfortable (or eager to learn) using tools like Clay, Firecrawl, Apollo to enrich lead data.
• Be proficient with AI - we run a lot of our internal systems using agents and MCP servers
• Resourceful and persistent - find a path when there is none and run through walls
• Strong sense of ownership: you care about meetings booked and pipeline created, not simply completing assigned tasks
• Able to balance speed with good judgment, strong writing, and attention to detail
• Naturally curious and eager to learn about finance, AI agents, customers, and new GTM tools
