Tech Support Engineer (L1-L2)

Task

Receiving, triaging, and resolving tickets via the help desk system in line with SLA and priority guidelinesDiagnosing and fixing hardware and software issues on laptops and peripheralsPreparing workstations for new employees including device setup, account provisioning, and corporate software installationMaintaining asset records and documenting solutions in the knowledge baseCommunicating with users in English and Hungarian, both written and verbalEscalating complex incidents to L3 with thorough documentation when needed

Expectation

1+ year of experience in IT supportConfident working with Windows 10/11, Linux like Ubuntu, MacOSBasic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, VPNNative Hungarian speaker with English proficiency at B2 level or aboveExperience with help desk ticketing systems

Other

Familiarity with MDM/RMM toolsExperience with Active Directory / Azure ADCompTIA A+ certificationITIL certificationExperience in a multicultural work environmentKnowledge of Ukrainian or Russian
