Responsibilities:

  • Assembling of PC.
  • Networking Settings.
  • Installation of OS / Software / Peripherals.
  • Managing, maintaining, and monitoring network infrastructure.
  • Managing, maintaining, and monitoring telecom infrastructure for HO and branches.
  • Managing, maintaining, and monitoring data center and power facilities.
  • Telephone instrument-related activities.
  • Troubleshooting / Problem Solving.
  • Giving training to the user.
  • Liaising for the above with relevant agencies.
  • Creating and updating relevant documentation and documentation systems.


Requirements:

  • Knowledge of server hardware, Linux OS environment, and relevant best practices will be an added advantage.
