Data Management Coordinator
Maintains databank by collecting the clinical and non-clinical data for JAWDA Key Performance Indicators and Internal Departmental Key Performance Indicators.
3.1 Prepares source data by compiling and sorting information as per the domains described by regulatory standards, establishing JAWDA KPI, internal hospital KPIs, other regulatory audits.
3.2 Reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the head of the department for resolution.
3.3 Maintains data collection requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
3.4 Verifies entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
3.5 Secures information by completing data base backups.
3.6 Maintains operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes.
3.7 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
3.8 Other duty assigned by the head of the department as required.
3.9 Comply with all OSH and infection control policies, standards and procedures and cooperate with hospital management to comply those requirements
3.10 Work in accordance with the documented OSH procedures, instructions and specific responsibilities
3.11 Be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures.
3.12 Notifying OSH Hazards, incidents, Near misses and issues and assistance with the preparation of risk assessments, incident reports
3.13 Comply with waste management procedures and policies
3.14 Attend applicable OSH/Infection control training programs, mock drills, and awareness programs
3.15 Participates in the OSHMS audits, inspections, ensuring standards are maintained.
3.16 Use of appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems when applicable
3.17 Comply with reasonable OSH instructions, policies, and safe working procedures
3.18 Use of appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems.
3.19 Be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures
3.20 Not willfully or recklessly endanger anyone’s health and safety
3.21 Assist with the preparation of risk assessments
3.22 Reduce, Reuse, Recycling of waste as much as possible
4.1 At least a bachelor’s degree preferable background in health sciences.
4.2 Ability to handle large volume of data.
4.3 Experience in data management and analysis.
4.4 Computer literate with advanced MS-office.
4.5 Fluent spoken and written English
