Full Stack Developer - Golang / React

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer (6-10 years) with strong expertise in React, Golang, PostgreSQL, and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications and distributed systems. The role requires hands-on experience in modern backend development using Go, frontend development using React, event-driven architectures, cloud-native technologies, and containerized deployments. Experience in the Point of Sale (POS) domain will be a significant advantage.

Key

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React and Golang (Go).
• Build and implement Microservices-based architectures following industry best practices.
• Develop responsive and reusable UI components using React and modern frontend frameworks/libraries.
• Design and develop RESTful and gRPC services for high-performance communication between distributed services.
• Build event-driven systems using NATS JetStream and asynchronous messaging patterns.
• Develop database solutions using PostgreSQL, including schema design, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Implement caching strategies using Redis to improve application performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA teams, and DevOps engineers throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making.
• Implement security, monitoring, logging, and observability best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6 to 10 years of software development experience.
• Proven experience delivering scalable enterprise applications.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
