Job Description

• We are seeking to hire a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Media & Marketing Officer at NoemDek Limited.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing media and digital marketing activities, and coordinating promotional campaigns to strengthen brand visibility, engage target audiences, and support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement media and marketing strategies to support the organization’s business objectives and brand visibility.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and other relevant channels.
• Create engaging marketing content and promotional materials for various platforms.
• Manage the organization’s social media platforms and maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and business growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
• Coordinate marketing events, exhibitions, media placements, and other promotional activities.
• Manage relationships with media partners, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing metrics, and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Manage marketing budgets and identify cost-effective promotional opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in media, marketing, or a related role.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and brand management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good analytical, research, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools, video editing, or marketing analytics will be an added advantage.
