Noesis is looking for professionals to support and evolve critical business applications. The role involves ensuring system stability, integration reliability, and continuous service improvement while managing incidents and conducting root cause analysis.

• Support and evolve critical business applications, ensuring system stability, integration reliability, and continuous service improvement
• Manage and analyse incidents, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), conducting root cause analysis, and implementing permanent solutions
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement, simplify processes, and ensure effective knowledge transfer and documentation

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Application Support, Systems Integration, or Software Development
• Strong experience with .NET / C#, REST APIs, system integrations, SQL, and Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and problem resolution in production environments, including Azure DevOps and log analysis
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a continuous improvement mindset

• Experience with Oracle Database / PL-SQL or Linux environments and shell scripting (Plus)
