• Govern L2 operational activities during the Europe shift, ensuring MuleSoft platform stability, SLA compliance, and resolution of complex incidents
• Perform platform troubleshooting, log analysis, and root cause investigation across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, OpenShift)
• Execute operational runbooks, support deployments, releases, change implementations, and maintain automation scripts for repetitive tasks
• Document incidents, update knowledge bases, and drive operational reviews while supporting Flex Gateway setup and occasional out-of-hours activities

O que é pedido

• Degree in Computer Science or similar
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MuleSoft platform management and operations (non-development focus)
• Solid hands-on expertise in MuleSoft Flex Gateway, Terraform, OpenShift, GitHub, and authentication protocols (OAuth, OpenID)
• Strong background in multi-cloud basics (AWS, Azure), ITIL processes, Argo CI/CD
• Fluent English level (mandatory), both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and external providers in an international context
• Highly structured, proactive, and detail-oriented profile with strong troubleshooting ability and flexibility for hybrid work and occasional on-call support
