About the role
At Noibu, we help online retailers catch and fix the errors that cost them sales - millions of dollars' worth every month. We're growing our sales team and looking for a Business Development Representative to help us reach more of the market. This is a great launchpad role: you'll get a front-row seat to the full sales cycle, work alongside experienced account executives, get exposure to well-known customers, and receive hands-on mentorship and training from day one. No prior sales experience required - we'll teach you everything you need to know.
What you'll be doing
Generate top-of-funnel leads for our account executives and sales managers
Learn our product inside and out, and help answer prospect questions
Run discovery and qualification calls/chats with prospects
Keep sales activities, opportunities, and account info organized in Salesforce
Bring fresh ideas to how we sell and reach prospects
Work toward a monthly quota of qualified opportunities, with support along the way
You should have:
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
A passion for sales
Confident and driven. You’re proactive and motivated about reaching out and following up
High energy and strong work ethic driving towards meeting or exceeding the team and individual goals
Excellent relationship, communication, and influence skills
You should have
Any degree, or equivalent experience - we care more about drive than your major
Curiosity about sales and a willingness to learn
A proactive, can-do attitude - you follow up and don't wait to be asked twice
Good energy and a strong work ethic
Strong communication skills and a knack for building rapport
Nice to have (not required)
Any internship, part-time, or customer-facing experience
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools
