Associate Director - Product

As the Product Leader for the NoiseFit App, you will own the complete product experience from onboarding and engagement to AI-powered personalisation and monetisation. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll define strategy, build product roadmaps, partner closely with Design, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and Hardware teams, and ship products used by tens of millions of consumers.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the NoiseFit App.
• Build intuitive health, fitness, and wellness experiences for Indian consumers.
• Improve user activation, onboarding, engagement, and long-term retention.
• Design habit-forming product experiences using gamification, challenges, rewards, and personalised journeys.
• Transform wearable sensor data into meaningful health insights users can easily understand and act upon.
• Drive AI/ML-powered personalisation, contextual recommendations, and adaptive goal setting.
• Lead experimentation through A/B testing, funnel optimisation, product analytics, and rapid iteration.
• Build monetisation opportunities through subscriptions, premium wellness offerings, and strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Hardware teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management with a strong track record of building and scaling consumer mobile applications.
• Experience leading large-scale B2C products with millions of active users.
• Strong understanding of user lifecycle metrics including acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetisation.
• Hands-on experience with product analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase, or similar tools.
• Proven experience running product experiments, A/B testing, and making data-driven decisions.
• Strong product thinking with an eye for user experience and design excellence.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, including writing PRDs, prioritising roadmaps, and driving delivery.
• Passion for building products that solve real consumer problems, particularly for the Indian market.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in HealthTech, FitnessTech, Consumer Internet, Mobile Apps, Wearables, or Digital Wellness products.
• Exposure to AI/ML-powered consumer experiences.
• Experience working with connected devices, IoT products, or hardware-software ecosystems is a plus.
