Junior Verification Engineer

As a Junior Verification Engineer, conducts target-oriented research to support the design, development, integration, verification, testing, and maintenance of hardware, software, and systems. Contributes to the continuous improvement of products and processes, supports customer-specific feature development, and performs integration, verification, and testing (IVT) to ensure system components meet defined requirements and specifications. Maintains laboratory equipment, tools, and test environments.

• Developed comprehensive test plans and test cases for optical system features to ensure high product quality.
• Executed functional and system-level tests, identified defects, and reported bugs using defect tracking tools.
• Collaborated with architects and developers to analyze issues, verify fixes, and ensure successful resolution.
• Developed and maintained automated test scripts to improve test efficiency and coverage.
• Built and enhanced AI-assisted verification frameworks for intelligent test execution and validation.
• Created data pipelines and analytics dashboards to convert test results into actionable quality insights.
• Designed, validated, and optimized optical networking test scenarios for platform and service assurance.
• Applied machine learning techniques to predict potential failures, identify quality risks, and support continuous quality improvement.

You have:

Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Applied strong knowledge of communication and networking systems to support verification and testing activities.

Developed and maintained Python-based automation scripts to improve test efficiency and coverage.

Worked with test automation frameworks to streamline validation and regression testing.

Performed data analysis to identify trends, defects, and opportunities for quality improvement.

Leveraged AI/ML fundamentals and AI-assisted tools, including LLMs, Copilot, and Cursor, to enhance test generation and troubleshooting.
