The incumbent provides strategic technology trend insights, leads portfolio strategy development, and mentors staff, contributing significantly to product and service improvements.

  • Facilitate effective technology alignment between sales teams, business groups, and customers.
  • Gather competitive feedback and collaborate with business groups to enhance the product portfolio.
  • Provide technology trend insights and value argumentation to support market sales activities.
  • Lead and provide expertise in planning and implementing product portfolio strategies.
  • Work effectively in diverse environments, applying best practices to improve products or services.
  • Share initial ideas for the professional direction and development of the organizational unit.
  • Act as a professional advisor and mentor for staff, work teams, and task forces.
  • Lead projects with manageable risks or small teams, including day-to-day staff management and resource allocation.

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with 15 plus years of experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive technology alignment, product strategy, and portfolio evolution.
  • Experience gathering competitive intelligence and translating market insights into actionable product enhancements.
  • Understanding of emerging technology trends, customer value propositions, and business impact assessment.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with experience mentoring team members and leading small-scale projects or initiatives.
  • Stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions across cross-functional teams and leadership levels.
  • Experience operating in diverse, global, and multicultural environments while applying industry best practices.
