As an Assembly/Test Technician on our dynamic first shift team (7 AM - 3:30 PM) at Nokia, you will play a crucial role in assembling and testing advanced opto--electronic products that power global networks. You'll collaborate closely with management, engineers, and fellow technicians in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment where adaptability is key. Your attention to detail and fine motor skills will directly contribute to improving manufacturing yields and throughput. · Assemble and test complex opto-electronic products with precision and attention to detail.

· Utilize fine motor skills to perform intricate assembly tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· Interpret and follow instructions of varying complexity to ensure quality output.

· Collaborate effectively with management and engineering teams to enhance manufacturing yields.

· Adapt to changing priorities and processes to meet production goals and deadlines.

· Maintain open communication with peers to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

You have:

· Detail-oriented approach and strong fine motor skills

· Able to follow and comprehend instructions of varying complexity

· Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members

· Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment

· 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience

It would be nice if you also had:

· Experience in Opto- Electronic manufacturing operations

· Proficiency with MS Windows operating system and MS Office software

· Willingness to work overtime as needed
