We're looking for an IT Support. 

 

Missions:

  • Conduct product training sessions for clients and internal users.
  • Deliver system demonstrations and presentations to prospective and existing clients.
  • Assist clients with onboarding, setup, and basic troubleshooting of IT solutions.
  • Provide first-level IT support and user assistance.
  • Prepare training materials, user guides, and documentation.
  • Coordinate the sales and business development team during demos and client engagements.
  • Gather user feedback and report system issues or improvement areas.
  • Ensure clients understand system features and best practices.
