• About the project  

• As we continue to grow, we are looking to add a  Sr. Software Engineer  to our team. If you are passionate about building scalable B2B SaaS solutions and thrive in a fast-paced, cloud-native environment, this is a great opportunity for you. 

• This role sits within our Engineering organization and owns application and service development end-to-end - from architecture through implementation, testing, and deployment. You will be a hands-on backend-leaning full-stack engineer, building microservices and modern front-end components while mentoring other engineers along the way. 

• This is a technically deep, execution-focused role where strong engineering fundamentals, cloud fluency, and cross-team collaboration are as important as raw coding skill (role is approximately 70% hands-on development, 30% mentoring). 

• What you'll do  

• Develop applications and services primarily using React and .NET, hosted on Azure or AWS PaaS offerings. 

• Design architecture through diagrams and technical design documents. 

• Build and maintain microservices that are scalable, highly available, and cost-optimized. 

• Design and implement APIs within a modern software architecture. 

• Create event-driven solutions where events trigger actions across system components. 

• Use container and provisioning technologies such as Docker and Terraform. 

• Integrate security practices into ongoing development work. 

• Work with NoSQL databases and distributed storage systems. 

• Implement monitoring and observability tooling to track system performance and resource utilization. 

• Interpret functional/non-functional requirements and deliver reliable software solutions independently. 

• Mentor team members, providing regular feedback on architecture, documentation, and code quality. 

• Estimate and plan work through user stories and tasks. 

• Participate in interviewing, recruiting, and hiring as the team grows. 

• What makes you a great fit  

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 

• 6+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer / Software Engineer (approx. 60-65% backend, 35-40% front end). 

• Strong experience with C# and .NET 6 or later. 

• Senior-level experience with ASPX Pages and React. 

• Hands-on experience with Docker and Terraform. 

• Cloud experience with AWS and/or Azure (deep experience with either is a strong plus). 

• Experience developing and implementing microservices in production environments. 

• Background building and consuming APIs in modern software architectures. 

• Experience with event-driven architecture. 

• Experience integrating security into the development lifecycle. 

• Experience with decentralized/NoSQL databases and distributed storage. 

• Experience implementing monitoring and observability tools. 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. 

• Very strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients.
