About the project:

As a Dynamics F&O Developer, you will design, develop, customize, and support scalable ERP solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ecosystem. You will work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions that align with organizational objectives and best practices.

How your day-to-day work will look like:

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain solutions within  Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and Dynamics AX.
• Develop custom features, extensions, and solutions using X++ and extension-based development principles.
• Implement and support core D365 F&O modules and business processes, including Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Trade & Logistics.
• Work with  Data Entities and Data Management Framework (DMF) to support data migration, import/export, integration, and data management requirements.
• Develop, customize, and maintain SSRS reports within Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Build and optimize workflows and automation processes within D365 F&O and Power Platform.
• Develop and maintain integrations using OData, custom services, APIs, and Azure-based technologies.
• Work with Azure to support integrations and scalable solutions across the D365 F&O ecosystem.
• Use  Azure DevOps, Lifecycle Services (LCS), and ALM practices to support development, deployment, version control, testing, and release management for D365 F&O.
• Perform data operations, reporting, and integrations using SQL/MSSQL.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, propose technical solutions, and ensure successful delivery.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize existing implementations, and provide continuous improvements to D365 F&O solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and compliance standards.

This would make you the ideal candidate:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and/or Dynamics AX.
• Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Strong proficiency in X++, including extension-based development and customization of D365 F&O solutions.
• Experience working with  Data Entities, Data Management Framework (DMF), SSRS reporting, and workflows.
• Experience developing and maintaining integrations using OData, custom services/APIs, and Azure.
• Hands-on experience with  Azure DevOps, Lifecycle Services (LCS), and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for D365 F&O.
• Solid understanding of D365 F&O business processes, particularly across Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Trade & Logistics.
• Experience with SQL/MSSQL and solid knowledge of data management best practices.
• Proven experience delivering ERP customizations, extensions, integrations, reporting, workflows, and automation solutions.
• Experience working with C#, .NET, and JavaScript for integrations or supporting custom solutions is a plus.
• Working/technical English proficiency is required to communicate effectively with international technical and business teams.
