- Excel: High usage of Excel and must be able to enter data accurately and move within Excel without errors and with minimum guidance.
- Productivity Varies (e.g., surgery is lower than E/M); avg 5+ encounters/hour
- Testing: Yes - OP/Ambulatory/ProFee
- Additional: Auditing and estimated 2,000 encounters for:
- Accuracy and Missed Coding Opportunity (multiple specialty focus areas as noted above)
- Supporting Evidence of Findings, as necessary
- Compliant Documentation and Coding (e.g., CPT, E/M, HCPCS, ICD-10, etc.)
- E/M Levels and Impact
- Modifier Usage
- Timing
