The Specialist HSE I will support the EP 0332-062-00292 HSE-Support-9302 department by implementing and monitoring the company's HSE program. This role focuses on conducting risk assessments, driving corrective actions, and promoting a culture of safety to meet occupational health and safety objectives while safeguarding all personnel and the environment.

Conduct regular risk analyses and hazard assessments across all operational areas.
Develop, update, and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
Monitor compliance with local, national, and company HSE regulations.
Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents; prepare root-cause analyses and corrective action plans.
Deliver HSE training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
Perform site inspections and audits; report findings to management.
Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE considerations into project planning.
Track and analyze HSE performance metrics; recommend improvements.
Promote continuous improvement initiatives to achieve zero-harm goals.

Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and local occupational safety regulations.
Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies (JHA).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and training delivery abilities.
Ability to conduct investigations and prepare clear incident reports.
Proficiency in HSE management software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis and visualization tools.
Knowledge of programming, automation tools, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications for data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance HSE processes, risk analysis, incident reporting, and decision-making.
