1.หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ- ศึกษา ดูแล และพัฒนาระบบ BNIX ที่มีอยู่ในปัจจุบัน- พัฒนาและเชื่อมต่อฟังก์ชัน AI และ LLM ผ่าน API เช่น OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini หรือแพลตฟอร์มอื่น ๆ- พัฒนาและดูแล Backend Services, APIs, ฐานข้อมูล และ Workflow ของระบบ- ปรับปรุง Frontend และประสบการณ์การใช้งานสำหรับผู้ใช้งานด้าน HR และผู้บริหาร- พัฒนาฟังก์ชันวิเคราะห์ Resume, ถอดเสียงการสัมภาษณ์, ประเมินผลการสัมภาษณ์ และสร้างรายงานอัตโนมัติ- พัฒนาระบบติดตามผลพนักงานช่วง 30 วัน, 60 วัน, 90 วัน, 6 เดือน และ 1 ปี- พัฒนาระบบจัดการบัญชีผู้ใช้งาน สิทธิ์การเข้าถึง และการแยกข้อมูลลูกค้าแต่ละองค์กร- ดูแลการติดตั้งและบริหารระบบบน Cloud Infrastructure- ตรวจสอบสถานะระบบ วิเคราะห์ Error Log และแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น- แก้ไขข้อผิดพลาดและปัญหาที่ได้รับแจ้งจากลูกค้าทดลองใช้งาน- ดูแลการทดสอบระบบ การปล่อยเวอร์ชัน การสำรองข้อมูล และการกู้คืนระบบ- จัดทำเอกสารด้านเทคนิค คู่มือการติดตั้ง และเอกสารสถาปัตยกรรมระบบ- ประสานงานกับทีม Support เพื่อวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิค- นำ Feedback จากลูกค้ามาแปลงเป็นแผนพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์- ดูแลความปลอดภัยและความลับของข้อมูลลูกค้าและผู้สมัครงาน- สนับสนุนการเชื่อมต่อระบบกับ Google Workspace, Email, Calendar, ATS, ERP และ API ภายนอกในอนาคต

Qualifications

ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ วิศวกรรมซอฟต์แวร์ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Software Development, Backend Development, Full Stack Development, AI Integration หรือ SaaS Product Development อย่างน้อย 2-4 ปี
มีประสบการณ์ใช้งานภาษาและ Framework อย่างน้อยหนึ่งรายการ เช่น * Python * FastAPI * Django * Node.js * TypeScript * NestJS
มีประสบการณ์พัฒนา REST API, Webhook และเชื่อมต่อระบบภายนอก
มีประสบการณ์ใช้งาน LLM API หรือระบบ AI
มีความเข้าใจด้าน Prompt Engineering, JSON Schema และการจัดการ Error ของ API
มีประสบการณ์ใช้งาน PostgreSQL หรือ MySQL
มีความรู้ด้าน Frontend เช่น React, Next.js หรือ Vue
ใช้งาน Git, GitHub หรือ GitLab ได้
มีประสบการณ์ Deploy ระบบบน AWS, Azure หรือ Google Cloud
มีความรู้ด้าน Docker, Logging, Monitoring และ Production Deployment
