About us

We’re November Five. Makers, designers, strategists. Different backgrounds, one mindset. We say what we mean and do what we say. Passion walks in; expertise grows.

Feedback is direct. We’re hard on the facts, but kind on the people. We wear more than one hat, and we’re proud of it. We collaborate hard and we’re always looking for more people like us.

We’ve also built things of our own. Appmiral, Spencer, Gorilla, Wovian. Four ventures born inside November Five. When the right idea meets the right people, we build it. That’s not a side note. It’s part of who we are.

We believe the best product people don't want to stay in their lane. They go where the problem takes them. For example a strategist who prototypes a flow, a leader who gets into the data before forming an opinion, an engineer that suggests the motion we could use in an interface,....

AI has removed the walls between disciplines. We're looking for people who've already walked through them.

Note: We're not actively filling this role right now. But great people don't show up on command. And we know that. So if this description gets you excited, we want to hear from you. We want to be transparent about where we stand and when we're hiring. But we don't let a strong match pass by. If your profile fits, expect to hear from us. Spotted another role at November Five that sparks your curiosity? Go for it.

About the job

You'll be the person in the room who knows where we need to go, what good looks like and has the spine to push for it. As a Product Manager, you own the outcome of the products we build for our clients. Not just the process. Not just the deliverables. The actual result.

Our clients hire us because they can't do this themselves. Your job is to bring the conviction, the craft, and the clarity that makes the difference between a product that ships and a product that matters.

Your key responsibilities are:

  • Product discovery: You dig into product discovery . By either facilitating workshops or getting your hands dirty. You talk to users, challenge assumptions, use AI to sketch some ideas, and do whatever it takes to understand the real problem before jumping to solutions.
  • Client partnership: You get under the skin of your client's business (the model, the market pressure, the ambitions) because that's where great product thinking starts. You translate their complexity into clear product direction, and you keep a sharp eye on the evolving budget, because builders know that constraints are what make solutions sharp.
  • Product strategy: You assess the desirability, viability and feasibility of proposed solutions, in line with the client’s business goals and customer needs. You own the product roadmap and align stakeholders around a clear direction, by making complex things simple.
  • Product definition: Together with a solution architect and a product designer, you define functional, visual and technical product specifications. You have taste, you know which of a hundred options actually matter, and you can tell what's off even before you can articulate why.
  • Product delivery: Together with our Product Owner (who owns quality of delivery) you stay involved with until the problem's actually solved, not just until your part is "done." You help ship, measure, learn, and iterate. You'd rather learn from something real than perfect something theoretical.
  • Knowledge sharing & mentoring: You share what works. A prompt/skill, an article, podcast, a process, a framework, a shortcut. You don't hoard and gatekeep knowledge. You treat every collaboration as a chance to raise the bar for everyone, not just deliver your piece.
  • Team coordination: You ensure that our team of designers, architects, and engineers don't just understand what to build, but why it matters. You make the people around you better.

Requirements

Keep reading if you...

  • Are a builder, not just a manager. You don't hand over a backlog and walk away. You've defined and shipped digital products and you know the difference between something that's "done" and something that actually works. You've gone beyond your role to make something better. Not because it was your job, but because it was the right thing to do.
  • Have sharp product instincts backed by craft. You have a good grasp of product fundamentals, from a customer experience and technical perspective. But more importantly, you're obsessively curious about the "why", why the metric moved, why users drop off, why the obvious solution feels wrong.
  • You're comfortable sharing rough work. A scrappy prototype, a first-pass analysis, a v0.1 strategy and iterating based on what you learn. You don't need everything to be perfect before it's useful.
  • Cross lanes without losing your anchor. You've worked closely with designers, architects and engineers not just as a coordinator, but as a genuine sparring partner. You've probably done things that weren't technically "your job" and that's when you did your best work.
  • Treat AI as a creative partner. You've built a working rhythm with AI tools. Not as a shortcut, but as an instrument you've learned to play. You know when to let it lead and when to take over.
  • Spot patterns others miss. You incorporate client feedback, user feedback and product analytics data to increase product success. But you also connect dots across disciplines in user behavior, market signals, and team dynamics because you're paying attention beyond your own lane.
  • Lead as a founder through clarity, not authority. You've got hands-on experience when it comes to influencing stakeholders and leading cross-functional product teams. You align people around a direction by making the complex simple and the ambiguous concrete.
  • Love bringing clarity to clients. You get genuinely excited about understanding someone else's world and turning uncertainty into confidence. You help clients see what's possible when someone truly gets their challenge and that's what earns trust, not slide decks.
  • Want to work openly, transparently and closely with your clients.
  • Speak Dutch and English fluently.
