As a QC Laboratory Technician, you’ll perform routine and non-routine laboratory analyses while following approved methods and procedures. Your accurate testing, documentation, and timely communication will help protect customers and support effective manufacturing operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Calculate, document, and report accurate results in laboratory notebooks and applicable systems, including LIMS, SAP, and AnEx.
  • Support QC performance by meeting relevant KPIs, communicating supply needs and issues, participating in Lean boards and improvement activities, and suggesting solutions.
  • Follow laboratory safety, quality, environmental, and housekeeping requirements, while providing cross-coverage and participating in weekend and holiday rotations where applicable.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Microbiology, or a closely related field, with no additional experience required; or

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Microsoft Teams.
  • The ability to learn and use applicable laboratory systems, including SAP, LIMS, and AnEx.
  • Strong attention to accurate testing and documentation, with a dependable and quality-focused approach.
  • A commitment to safety, good housekeeping, and applicable quality systems.

  • A problem-solving mindset, including the ability to raise issues and suggest solutions.
  • An interest in departmental projects, Lean activities, and continuous improvement.

What We Offer

You’ll join a Quality Control team that values collaboration, safety, quality, and continuous improvement. You’ll build hands-on laboratory experience, contribute to Lean and improvement initiatives, and work alongside colleagues across QC and other departments. This is a role where you can continue to learn and grow, whether that means developing new technical skills, expanding your laboratory responsibilities, or exploring future opportunities within QC and across the broader organization. We take pride in developing our employees and supporting career growth, with opportunities to pursue paths both inside and outside the laboratory based on your interests and strengths.
