What you’ll do:

As the friendly face of our resort, you’ll ensure every guest has a seamless, memorable experience from the moment they enquire to the moment they say goodbye.

In this casual role (with shifts between 8am-6pm, including some weekends and public holidays), you will:

  • Manage reception tasks including taking bookings, preparing invoices, and checking guests in and out
  • Respond to phone and email enquiries with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
  • Work closely with other departments to coordinate room readiness and meet guest needs
  • Help create an environment where guests feel relaxed, valued, and excited to return

What you’ll bring:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building meaningful guest connections
  • A bright, positive attitude with the ability to work well within a fast-paced team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Flexibility to support other areas of the resort when needed because we’re one team that works together
  • Strong computer literacy and/or experience in working with booking/reservation systems
