NRMA Darlington Beach Holiday Resort is a family-friendly paradise just metres from the sparkling waters of Arrawarra Beach. Only 30 minutes from central Coffs Harbour. The resort features an in-resort cafe/restaurant, resort pool and kids splash pad along with group and conference facilities.

What you’ll do:
In this casual role, you’ll delight our guests with your warm smile, upbeat personality and ability to think on your feet. You’ll ensure every guest is greeted genuinely, checked-in and checked-out efficiently, and supported throughout their stay. You’ll also handle incoming calls with confidence, showcasing your knowledge of our accommodation options, facilities and resort experiences.
Our team works across a 7-day roster, with Reception open between 8am and 6pm. Approx. 20-30 hours per week available.
What you’ll bring:
- Outstanding customer service skills
- A well-presented, friendly and welcoming approach
- Passion and enthusiasm, with a drive to be the best version of yourself
- A collaborative, team-focused attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask while supporting guests and teammates
- Experience in Reception, Front Office, Administration, Sales or Customer Service (hospitality experience highly regarded)
- Park Management System knowledge (Newbook and/or RMS preferred but not essential)
