Love cooking great food and want to work somewhere that feels a little different?
We’re looking for an experienced Chef to join the team at NRMA Murramarang Beachfront Holiday Resort.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the fast pace of a bistro kitchen but also loves the creativity and organisation that comes with weddings, functions and special events.
What you’ll do
- Prepare and deliver quality bistro-style food
- Support food preparation and service across weddings, functions and events
- Work closely with the kitchen and Food & Beverage teams to deliver a great guest experience
- Maintain high standards of presentation, food safety and kitchen cleanliness
- Bring energy, organisation and a hands-on approach to every service
What you’ll bring
- Previous experience working as a Chef in a busy kitchen
- Strong skills across bistro-style cooking
- Experience catering for weddings, functions or events
- The ability to work confidently during busy service periods
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, flexible and can-do attitude
- Relevant cookery qualifications and food safety knowledge
