Senior Web Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Own technical execution and optimization of web properties built on headless CMS: design perfection, fast page loads, strong conversion rates, and rapid experimentation.
• Partner with SEO and AI Search Manager to implement content updates, technical SEO improvements, structured data markup, and content architecture changes that maximize visibility in traditional search and AI platforms.
• Manage hosting infrastructure and deployment workflows for uptime, global performance, and seamless releases.
• Build and maintain CMS schemas, custom components, and landing page systems that enable marketing to launch campaigns and tests without bottlenecks.
• Develop and optimize integration between headless CMS, backend hosting system, HubSpot, and website for efficient content delivery and performance.
• Implement conversion-focused experiences: ROI calculators, interactive demos, gated content flows, scroll animations, and dynamic personalization.
• Own Google Tag Manager, managing tags, triggers, and data layer variables for attribution, A/B testing, and conversion tracking.
• Partner with demand generation to optimize conversion paths and support A/B tests.
• Manage integrations between CMS, HubSpot, and third-party tools for accurate tracking and pipeline attribution.
• Work with IT security to ensure web properties meet security requirements and compliance standards.
• Maintain website performance standards (Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile optimization) for speed and SEO rankings.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of front-end or full-stack web development, building high-quality B2B marketing websites using headless CMS architecture.
• Experience with headless CMS platforms (Sanity, Contentful, Strapi, or similar), schema design, custom components, and CMS configuration.
• Nice to have HubSpot CMS or HubSpot integration experience, including migrations from HubSpot CMS to headless platforms.
• Expert proficiency with modern front-end frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue, Nuxt).
• Experience with animation libraries (GSAP, Framer Motion, Lottie) for scroll-based interactions and micro-animations.
• API integration and managing content delivery from headless CMS platforms.
• Managing hosting environments (Vercel, Netlify, and AWS), DNS configuration, SSL certificates, CDN setup, and performance optimization.
• GitHub for version control, code collaboration, and deployment workflows.
• Advanced Google Tag Manager experience: complex tracking setups, tag governance, and data layer configuration.
• Strong technical foundations in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern build tools.
• Integrations between CMS platforms, HubSpot, and analytics platforms (GA4 event tracking, UTM parameters, conversion pixels).
• Conversion optimization expertise: UX best practices, form optimization, page load performance, and how design impacts performance.
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect implementations with high visual quality.
• Good knowledge of SEO technical requirements, schema markup, and performance optimization for headless architecture.
• Strong collaborator across marketing, design, product, and IT security teams.
• Self-sufficient and proactive problem-solver who ships quality work autonomously in fast-paced environments.
