About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Combustion Engineer to support and improve the reliability of combustion equipment across our production lines. This role is responsible for identifying root causes of equipment and process issues, driving reliability improvements, supporting maintenance activities, and ensuring safe and efficient plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and promote safe work practices and safety performance.
- Manage repair and maintenance activities for combustion equipment across all production lines.
- Provide technical engineering support to optimize combustion systems and production performance.
- Improve equipment reliability through root cause analysis and defect elimination.
- Support maintenance, shutdown planning, equipment upgrades, and improvement projects.
- Control and optimize maintenance costs within approved budgets.
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to achieve business objectives.
What You'll Bring
bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a
related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience with combustion and thermal process
equipment such as:
- Industrial furnaces
- Ovens
- Burners
- Heat treatment systems
- Fuel gas systems
Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
Experience in planning and coordinating maintenance shutdowns.
Ability to influence, motivate, and work effectively within cross-functional
teams.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and vendor management skills.
