Functional Analyst

Your main responsibilities as a Consultant

• Analysis :

  • Gather, analyze and understand business requirements from stakeholders (Bra / BRD documents).

  • Assess impacts on the existing IT architecture and application landscape.

  • Define functional and system requirements through User Stories in Agile environments or Sra/Srs/Frd documentation in Waterfall projects.

  • Ensure clear communication, alignment, and validation of requirements across business and IT teams

• Testing :

  • Define and maintain the testing strategy.

  • Prepare detailed test plans and testing schedules.

  • Design and document test cases.

  • Execute functional and system testing activities.

  • Monitor testing progress, manage defects, and coordinate resolution.

  • Produce testing reports and communicate testing outcomes to stakeholders.

Your profile

• You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position/as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.

• Diplôma Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analysis, or an equivalent field.

• Fluent in English and French

• Technical skills :

  • Business Requirements Analysis (Bra/BRD)

  • Functional Specifications (Sra, Srs, Frd)

  • User Stories and Agile methodologies

  • SQL

  • Testing methodologies and tools

  • Data analysis and data modelling concepts

• Soft skills:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively.

  • Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.

  • Team player with a collaborative approach.
