Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Manager to lead customer engagements, provide functional and business process advisory, support Oracle practice development initiatives, and contribute to pre-sales and business growth activities. This role combines project leadership, Oracle functional expertise, customer relationship management, and consulting excellence to help clients maximize value from their Oracle Fusion Cloud investments.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Delivery & Customer Success :
- Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation, enhancement, optimization, support, and transformation engagements.
- Own project planning, governance, status reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate functional, technical, integration, reporting, and support teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Monitor project health, quality, scope, timelines, budget, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive adoption, business value realization, and continuous process improvement.
Functional Leadership & Business Process Advisory :
- Provide senior-level functional leadership across Oracle Fusion Financials, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
- Lead discovery workshops, fit-gap assessments, solution reviews, and business process transformation discussions.
- Guide requirements validation, testing strategy, deployment readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Advise customers on Oracle best practices, controls, governance, and operational efficiencies.
Practice Development & Competency Building :
- Contribute to the development of Oracle service offerings, accelerators, methodologies, and reusable assets.
- Support competency development, mentoring, knowledge sharing, and CoE initiatives.
- Help establish delivery standards, governance frameworks, and implementation best practices.
- Stay current on Oracle product roadmap, AI-enabled ERP capabilities, and industry trends.
Pre-Sales & Business Growth Support :
- Participate in discovery sessions, solutioning workshops, and executive customer discussions.
- Support proposals, SOW development, project planning, effort estimation, staffing models, and implementation strategies.
- Contribute to customer presentations, demonstrations, proof-of-concept activities, and pursuit teams.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, optimization initiatives, and additional service offerings.
Required Qualifications :
- 12+ years of Oracle ERP consulting, implementation, or enterprise applications experience.
- 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud experience with prior experience with Oracle EBS.
- Multiple Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation, transformation, or support engagements.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, P2P, O2C, and R2R business processes.
- Proven project management and stakeholder management experience.
- Experience working within consulting, professional services, or system integration organizations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle EBS certifications.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Working knowledge of Oracle SCM, Oracle Finance, WMS, Manufacturing, CRM/CX, or HCM.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OTBI, BI Publisher, and reporting solutions.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, Consumer Products, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or similar industries.
- Experience supporting pre-sales, solutioning, and business development activities.
Core Functional Expertise :
Mandatory : Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R).
Desirable : SCM, WMS, Manufacturing, CRM/CX, HCM, and cross-functional process integrations.
