岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1、组织海外市场调研，汇总各产品线市场的客户、竞争对手、行业供应链等信息，对各种信息进行整理及分析，为产品设计和营销部门提供最新和准确的市场需求信息;
2、结合海外市场需求，规划产品开发路线，并进行产品生命周期管理;
3、总结内部产品设计及销售信息，形成准确的产品推广和营销策略，并组织实施;
4、收集项目实施反馈和客户使用反馈信息，提出产品优化、改进和退出建议。
任职要求 / Requirements
1、211985本科及以上学历，3年以上市场调研及信息收集、分析总结工作经验，对市场及行业趋势发展有较强的分析把握能力和预见性意识;
2、具有强烈的商业意识，具有能够将市场需求转变为分步执行计划的组织协调能力;
3、思维逻辑清晰，有较强的数据分析能力和创新意识;
4、良好的团队沟通、协作、领导能力，能够承担一定的工作压力。
