岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1、负责生产设备日常点检、维护、保养及故障处理，保障设备稳定运行;
2、负责设备异常快速响应、故障分析及维修，降低设备停机时间和故障率;
3、制定并执行设备预防性维护计划、点检标准及设备操作维护文件;
4、负责新设备安装、调试、验收及导入，确保设备按计划投入生产;
5、负责设备备品备件管理，制定安全库存并跟进备件采购和使用;
6、分析设备故障数据，对重复性、重大设备问题制定改善措施并推动落实;
7、参与设备技术改造及效率提升，持续改善设备稳定性、生产效率和安全性。
任职要求 / Requirements
1、本科及以上学历，机械、电气、机电一体化、自动化等相关专业;
2、具备制造业设备维护、维修或设备工程相关工作经验;
3、熟悉机械、电气、气动等设备基本原理，能够独立判断和处理常见设备故障;
4、能够看懂机械图纸、电气图纸，熟练使用常用维修及测量工具;
5、具备设备点检、保养、故障分析及备品备件管理经验;
6、现场动手能力强，具备较强的问题分析和解决能力;
7、能够适应制造业现场及设备异常应急处理工作。
