岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1、负责生产工艺流程、工艺参数及作业标准的制定、维护和持续优化;

2、负责生产现场工艺异常、产品不良的分析和处理，快速制定临时及长期改善措施;

3、负责SOP、工艺文件、作业指导书等技术文件的编制、修订及培训;

4、分析良率、报废、生产效率等数据，识别主要问题并推动专项改善;

5、负责新产品、新材料、新设备相关工艺验证、试产及量产导入;

6、持续优化工艺参数、作业方法及生产流程，提高产品良率和生产效率，降低制造成本;

7、协调生产、品质、设备等部门解决现场工艺问题，跟踪改善措施落地及效果;

8、开展员工工艺培训，监督生产现场严格按照工艺标准执行。

任职要求 / Requirements

1、本科及以上学历，机械、材料、化工、工业工程等相关专业;

2、具备制造业工艺、制程或现场技术相关经验;

3、熟悉生产工艺管理、异常分析及工艺改善基本方法;

4、能够运用5Why、鱼骨图等工具进行问题分析，有DOE、SPC等应用经验者优先;

5、具备较强的数据分析能力，能够通过数据识别异常并推动改善;

6、熟练使用Excel等办公软件，具备CAD等软件基础者优先;

7、具备较强的现场问题解决、跨部门沟通及项目推动能力。
