岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1、负责车间设备故障率、OEE（设备综合效率）等生产核心数据的日常汇总、统计与深度分析，定位效率瓶颈并输出针对性改善报告，推动问题闭环;

2、运用 IE 方法对生产制造流程、工艺进行优化改善，落地标准化作业，提升生产效率、降低生产浪费;

3、负责车间设备记录表、点检表等现场表单的检查、汇总与归档，运用柏拉图、鱼骨图等工具分析设备管理问题，推进现场改善落地;

4、主导公司 5S 现场管理落地与常态化检查，制定并完善现场目视化管理标准，持续优化精益现场环境;

5、组织开展 IE / 精益生产相关知识培训，赋能生产管理人员，统筹推进公司改善创新项目并落地;

6、持续深化工厂生产数据统计分析体系，优化数据收集、核算流程，确保数据精准性，为生产决策提供数据支撑;

7、配合生产、品质等部门完成精益体系落地、现场效率提升相关工作，及时完成领导交办的各项任务。

任职要求 / Requirements

1、统招全日制本科及以上学历、工业工程、统计学等相关专业，有至少3年以上工作经验;

2、熟练掌握IE和精益生产的理论知识;

3、掌握方法研究和作业测定的基础方法，具备良好的敬业精神、改善、创新、学习能力和良好的人际沟通能力;

4、良好的自我管理和自我激励，坚持不懈地寻找达成目标的方法;

5、时间观念强，执行力强，保质保量完成任务。
