岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1、 负责现场电气设备维修与管理：编制所辖设备月度检修、年度大（小）修、年度技改计划(包括材料计划、用工计划、工期安排、措施、验收标准); 组织所属专业机组大修、技改后的验收、启动、试运工作;
2、负责全厂设备的电气改造、运转与安全，技术改造项目的牵头推进;
3、现场5S的管理，维护良好的生产环境、安全事故的预防，安全防护措施的执行，确保安全生产;
4、人员班组管理及相关技能培训;
5、完成领导交办的其他工作。
任职要求 / Requirements
1、统招全日制本科及以上学历，3年及以上电气运维工作经验，拥有班组管理经验;
2、熟悉电气设计、电力拖动、电机控制、模拟电路及数字电路与电工电子技术，掌握PLC应用、DCS应用、自动化控制等技术;
3、有高低压电相关工作经验优先，熟悉厂区生产电器设备、配电设备方面的问题;
4、具有良好的沟通能力和团队管理能力，较强责任心和抗压能力。
