岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1、负责各车间故障率以及设备综合效率汇总统计;

2、对当前的制造流程及工艺进行优化和改善、负责公司内5S检查工作;

3、负责各车间设备调剂记录表和点检表检查，进行各车间设备调剂记录汇总，制作柏拉图;

4、负责组织精益相关培训，定期对生产管理人员进行IT基础知识培训，推进改善创新项目;

5、精益改善模块推进：精益项目推进、5S以及目视化标准制定等;

6、进行工厂各类数据统计与分析工作的深化、优化;

7、完成领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求 / Requirements

1、统招全日制本科及以上学历、工业工程、统计学等相关专业，有至少1年以上工作经验;

2、熟练掌握IE和精益生产的理论知识;

3、掌握方法研究和作业测定的基础方法，具备良好的敬业精神、改善、创新、学习能力和良好的人际沟通能力;

4、良好的自我管理和自我激励，坚持不懈地寻找达成目标的方法;

5、时间观念强，执行力强，保质保量完成任务。
