Job Description

As Project Manager at NTS Optel, you are responsible for managing customer projects from order intake through successful delivery. The primary focus of your projects is the manufacturing and realization of complex opto-mechanical systems. You act as the link between customers and the internal organization, ensuring projects are delivered according to agreed Quality, Logistics, Technology and Cost (QLTC) targets.

You coordinate all activities required for successful execution, while working closely with manufacturing, supply chain, quality and, where needed, engineering teams. By maintaining oversight, managing stakeholders and driving execution, you ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Furthermore, your key responsibilities are:

• Lead customer projects from quotation and order intake through manufacturing and delivery;

• Define, monitor and achieve agreed QLTC targets together with customers and internal stakeholders;

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across manufacturing, supply chain, quality and engineering;

• Manage project planning, risks, changes and customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle;

• Drive project execution and resolve operational and technical challenges to ensure successful delivery.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering;

• Experience in project management within a high-tech manufacturing, mechatronics or high-tech systems environment;

• Strong affinity with manufacturing processes and operational project execution;

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;

• A pragmatic, hands-on and result-driven mindset;

• Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

• Salary from € 4800 to € 6500, strongly dependent on the relevant experience;
