Senior Platform Engineer (.NET / Docker)

Join Synera, the leading AI Agent Platform for Engineering, as a Senior Platform Engineer. You'll be the first engineer on our new Platform team, responsible for extracting the .NET backend from its desktop dependencies, containerizing it with Docker, and establishing CI/CD, install, upgrade, and licensing flows for on-prem deployment. You'll also contribute to making the platform AI-native and have the opportunity to grow a small, senior team around it. Missions

• Extracting the .NET backend from its desktop dependencies, containerizing it with Docker, and standing up the CI/CD, install, upgrade, and licensing flows for on-prem deployment.
• Joining efforts to make the platform AI-native: building MCP servers, agent skills, and documentation written for AI agents.
• Contributing to growing a small, senior team around the platform, driving work to a finished, deployed state, and raising blockers early.

Profil recherché

- You work autonomously and drive work to a finished, deployed state

- You have a track record of decoupling backend logic from a UI or desktop layer - extracting services, removing hard dependencies, and making code run headless and under test

- You work AI-native: you use AI tooling in your daily engineering and want to build agent-facing tooling for the platform

- You've containerized production applications with Docker (multi-stage builds, Linux images, image-size control) - beyond tutorial level

- You've built and owned CI/CD pipelines that teams rely on

- You resonate with Synera's Core Values - they're central to how we work, and we'll explore them together in your first interview

- You've packaged software for environments the vendor doesn't control: on-prem or customer-hosted install, upgrade, configuration, and secrets management

- You're fluent in English at professional working proficiency
