Product Manager (Desktop & Web)

• Collaborate closely with UX, Engineering, and AI to shape customer outcomes and guide R&D efforts.
• Engage with leading customers to uncover their needs and pain points, and translate insights into impactful product decisions.
• Own a problem space, deeply understand users, map opportunities, and co-create strategy with design and engineering.

Profil recherché

- You resonate with Synera's Core Values - they're central to how we work, and we'll explore them together in your first interview

- You bring at least 5-8 years’ experience working on technology-powered products as a Product Manager or Product Designer, ideally in a start-up or scale-up B2B SaaS environment

- You understand and apply modern techniques of product discovery and delivery, focusing on outcomes, not output

- You must have an understanding of CAx technology (geometry kernels, different simulation disciplines), you translate technical possibilities into customer value (academic studies or relevant experience)

- You solve complex problems with sound judgment, balancing constraints and communicating your reasoning clearly through data-informed narratives
