Forward Deployed Engineer

Profil recherché

- You have technical background in the Computational, Automation or Mechanical Engineering field

- You resonate with Synera's Core Values - they're central to how we work, and we'll explore them together in your first interview

- You have experience with CAD/CAE tools (e.g. OptiStruct, Siemens NX, CATIA, ANSYS, Nastran, Abaqus, LS-DYNA etc.)

- If you already have working experience with Synera and/or C# and Python coding it’s a plus

- You have proven experience (~1-3 years) in working with customers, demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to showcase business value with technical solutions

- You can juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

- Customer Engagement: This role includes around 40% travel for customer visits, workshops, and on-site collaboration

- You have experience and/or deep interest in AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, vibe coding)

- You enjoy collaborating with clients and explaining complex topics in a clear, engaging manner

- You are a native German speaker or have professional-level German proficiency, enabling you to communicate confidently and effectively with customers
