We are currently seeking a Developer or Technical Lead (Niche or Regular), Cloud Consultants, QA Tester, QA Lead, Data Migratio to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Salesforce Release Management, DevOps, or deployment experience
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Copado
- Strong understanding of Salesforce deployment lifecycle and metadata management
- Experience with Copado pipelines, promotions, back-promotions, and release orchestration
- Experience resolving merge conflicts and metadata dependencies
- Knowledge of branching strategies (Feature, Integration, UAT, Production)
- Experience with Git-based version control systems
- Understanding of CI/CD concepts and DevOps best practices
- Experience configuring quality gates, automated testing, and deployment validations
- Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX)
- Experience managing multi-org Salesforce deployments and DevOps Center.
- Experience integrating Jira with Copado
- Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Certifications
- Copado Fundamentals Certification or Copado Administrator or Developer Certification
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (Preferred)
