Your role at a glance

Als Elektriker (mwd) Techniker an unserem Standort in Berlin (BER1, Nonnendammallee 15, 13599 Berlin-Spandau) übernimmst du selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich Inspektions-, Wartungs-, Inbetriebnahme- sowie Instandsetzungsarbeiten an der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA).

Dazu gehören unter anderem Mittelspannungs- und Netzersatzanlagen, USV-Systeme sowie idealerweise auch Kälte-, Klima- und RLT-Anlagen. Die Betreuung der Anlagen erfolgt qualifikationsbezogen.

What we are looking for

    • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik (z. B. als Gebäudetechniker, Elektromonteur, Elektriker, Elektroniker für Gebäude- und Infrastruktursysteme), Kältetechniker, Kälteanlagenbauer oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
    • Erfahrung im Bedienen, Warten und Instandsetzen von elektrotechnischen Anlagen, Kälte-, Klima- und RLT-Anlagen
    • MS Office-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
    • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
    • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
    • Teamfähigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität
    • Einwandfreier Leumund und Bereitschaft zur erweiterten Sicherheitsüberprüfung (Ü2)
    • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit und Rufbereitschaft

    Was du machen wirst:

    • Betreuen der technischen und sicherheitstechnischen Anlagen
    • Erkennen und Beheben von Störungen
    • Schalt- und Umschalthandlungen eigenverantwortlich planen und durchführen
    • Elektronische Dokumentation der durchgeführten Tätigkeiten
    • Meldung und Verfolgung von festgestellten Mängeln, deren Beseitigung und sonstige besondere Vorkommnisse
    • Einhalten von kundenspezifischen Service-Levels
    • Sicherstellen von Qualitäts- und Leistungsstandards
    • Fachspezifische Betreuung der Instandhaltungsarbeiten
