We are currently seeking a QA Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Test Engineer (Data Platform)
Role Overview
The Test Engineer will validate data pipelines, platform functionality, integrations, and analytics solutions delivered within the Databricks ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Create test strategies and test plans.
- Execute functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Validate ETL and ELT pipelines.
- Perform data reconciliation testing.
- Automate testing processes where appropriate.
- Track and manage defects.
Success Measures
- High test coverage achieved.
- Defects identified early in delivery lifecycle.
- Stable production releases.
Essential Skills
- End-to-end testing experience.
- SQL validation and data testing.
- Test automation tools.
- Defect management processes.
Desirable Skills
- Databricks testing experience.
- PySpark validation skills.
- AWS testing environments.
