Technical Manager (NodeJS & Angular)

Who we are

We are looking for a technical manager with a strong background in Node.js, JavaScript, or Angular (ideally) and hands-on software development experience. The successful candidate will lead a highly senior engineering team responsible for the core platform. Strong technical expertise is essential to understand ongoing development, provide informed technical guidance, and effectively review, test, and validate solutions.

Recent hands-on experience with AI technologies, gained through relevant projects within the last 2 years is mandatory.

What you'll be doing

• Support the technical leadership and day-to-day coordination of a senior software development team
• Understand, review and provide informed input on platform architecture, technical designs and development decisions
• Translate business and technical needs into clear, actionable user stories, tasks and acceptance criteria for the team
• Coordinate with other teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify dependencies and align delivery priorities
• Review completed work through functional and technical validation, ensuring that developments meet the agreed requirements and quality standards
• Facilitate technical discussions, unblock delivery issues and help the team identify practical solutions to complex challenges
• Deliver demos and communicate progress, technical decisions, risks and outcomes to internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams

What you'll bring along

• Proven professional experience in software development, with strong knowledge of Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Angular
• Solid understanding of modern web application architecture, including front-end, back-end, APIs, integrations, and data flows
• Proven hands-on AI expertise, with practical experience delivering AI-focused projects
• Experience reviewing technical solutions, code changes and system designs in a senior development environment
• Ability to define, refine and validate development tasks, including clear functional requirements and acceptance criteria
• Practical experience with agile delivery methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and tools such as Jira or similar task-management platforms
• Knowledge of software quality practices, including testing, debugging, validation and release readiness
• English B2+ or C1 level, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams, gather technical and business details, lead or support demonstrations and document and create tasks clearly for the development team
• Experience working with agile teams and capacity to lead them, tutoring Developers and assuring best practices are followed
