We are currently seeking a Solution Architect or Technical Architect (Niche or regular) - Grade 10 to join our team in Mumbai, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong expertise in:
o Journey Builder
o Automation Studio
o Email Studio
o Contact Builder
o Content Builder
- Strong knowledge of AMPscript and SSJS.
- Strong hands-on experience with SOQL and data segmentation.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM integration.
- Good understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integration concepts.
- Experience in designing scalable Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience leading a team or working as a technical lead.
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Engagement Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Engagement Specialist
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Engagement Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Engagement Developer
Good to Have
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications such as Marketing Cloud Engagement Developer or
related certifications.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 - Salesforce Certified Data 360 Consultant
certifications.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience with enterprise-scale marketing campaigns and customer 360 implementations.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and deployment tools.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
