Graphic & Digital Designer

Who we are

We are looking for a hands-on graphic and digital designer who can turn complex technology and product ideas into clear, distinctive and on-brand visual experiences. You will join the marketing team within AI Inside Transformation (global at NTT DATA, Inc.) and work closely with content, product, subject-matter experts and motion designers.

Design is the heart of the role. You will create high-impact presentations, campaign assets, infographics, web graphics and event materials, combining strong visual fundamentals with an efficient, AI-enabled workflow. You will use approved generative AI tools for concept exploration, image creation and editing, layout options and production variants - while keeping quality, originality and human judgment firmly in control. In addition, you will build and send email communications in Poppulo and help create and maintain Portal content using HTML and CSS, ensuring responsive, accessible and visually consistent experiences.

Profile balance: first and foremost an exceptional graphic designer; AI-enabled production, Poppulo email delivery and HTML/CSS Portal work are essential complementary capabilities.

What you'll be doing

• Visual design & brand execution:
• Design high-quality digital assets, including presentations, infographics, illustrations, campaign visuals, social graphics, web assets and reusable templates
• Create print and event materials such as signage, brochures, roll-ups, badges and branded merchandise
• Translate briefs and complex technology concepts into clear visual stories with strong hierarchy, composition, typography and imagery
• Apply brand guidelines consistently and prepare polished, production-ready files for different channels, formats and markets
• Maintain organized source files, templates and asset libraries to support reuse and efficient collaboration
• AI-enabled creative production:
• Use approved generative AI tools to explore concepts, create or edit imagery, build mock-ups and produce channel and format variants
• Develop effective prompts and iterative workflows, then refine AI outputs in Adobe Creative Cloud, PowerPoint or Figma
• Review AI-assisted work for accuracy, originality, brand fit, accessibility, copyright/IP and confidentiality
• Identify repeatable templates and production workflows that increase speed without making the work generic or inconsistent
• Email marketing with Poppulo:
• Build, format, test, schedule and send newsletters and campaign communications in Poppulo
• Create and maintain responsive, on-brand email templates and reusable content modules
• Support audience setup, personalization, links, tracking, approvals and pre-send quality assurance
• Review campaign performance and use engagement data to improve design, structure and calls to action
• Portal design & HTML/CSS:
• Create and update Portal pages and content modules using HTML and CSS within the publishing environment
• Translate approved designs into responsive, accessible and reusable front-end components
• Optimize images, typography, spacing and layout for clarity, consistency and page performance
• Troubleshoot display issues and coordinate with technical teams when changes extend beyond front-end styling

What you'll bring along

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 6+ years as a Graphic Designer
• A strong portfolio and proven professional experience in graphic or digital design, ideally in B2B, technology or global communications
• Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills - especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign - plus strong Microsoft 365 and PowerPoint capability
• Outstanding visual communication, with strong typography, layout, color, composition, information hierarchy and brand-system skills
• Demonstrated use of generative AI in a professional design workflow, with sound judgment around quality, originality, IP and confidential information
• Hands-on experience building, testing and sending email campaigns in Poppulo
• Practical HTML and CSS skills for creating and maintaining responsive Portal or web content
• Professional English proficiency (minimum B2; C1 preferred); comfortable receiving briefs, explaining design decisions and collaborating in English
• Excellent attention to detail, project organization and confidence taking work from brief to final delivery across multiple formats
• Nice-to-have :
• Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, AI or another technical environment
• Working knowledge of Figma, design systems and component-based digital design
• Experience with CMS, corporate intranets or employee-experience portals
• Responsive email design, email accessibility and cross-client rendering/testing experience
• Motion graphics, video editing or lightweight animation using After Effects, Premiere Pro or equivalent
• Basic JavaScript or familiarity with front-end component libraries; fluent Spanish and localization experience are additional advantages
• Relevant backgrounds
• Graphic design, visual communication, digital design or multimedia design
• Web or UI design with strong hands-on graphic-design and production experience
• Advertising, art direction or creative communications with a strong digital portfolio
• Industrial or product design combined with visual storytelling and front-end production skills
