Your responsibilities

• Existing Customer Support & Development: You will independently manage existing customers, build long-term customer relationships, and foster their sustainable growth.
• Revenue & Potential Development: You’ll identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, advise existing clients on suitable investment options, and actively contribute to the revenue growth of your client portfolio.
• Client Consulting & Operational Management: You guide your clients through the entire booking and planning process, are responsible for their ad placement, and thereby ensure high client satisfaction.
• CRM Management & Interdepartmental Coordination: You document your sales activities in the CRM system and work closely with the relevant internal teams.

Is it you?

• You have some professional experience as an account manager in B2B sales and have independently managed clients or client portfolios.
• You have gained some experience in building long-term client relationships, know how to identify client potential, and can drive revenue growth and revenue development within existing business relationships.
• You stand out thanks to your empathy, customer focus, and an instinct for revenue and growth potential.
• You have strong business and commercial knowledge gained through a college degree or comparable qualification.
• You are familiar with common CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Business trips to competitors' trade shows or to visit clients are no problem for you.
• You communicate confidently in German and English.
• You act responsibly and think with an eye toward the future-you’re open to change and tackle tasks pragmatically and proactively.
• You work collaboratively and are solution-oriented-you develop solutions together with others while keeping your eyes on the goals and results.
