Numrah Group is expanding its in-house creative production team. We are looking for a Motion Designer / Animator who can turn scripts and visual concepts into modern, engaging advertising creatives.

You will produce video content for several digital products, including a mobile game, an interior design app, and a social networking platform.

Responsibilities

• Create modern animated advertising creatives based on scripts, storyboards, and references
• Animate graphic assets, characters, UI elements, typography, packshots, and product demonstrations
• Edit and composite gameplay, screen recordings, live-action footage, AI-generated content, and graphic elements
• Build clear visual narratives with strong pacing, transitions, and attention-grabbing opening moments
• Produce creative variations for performance testing
• Quickly create resizes, localizations, end-card variations, and other technical versions
• Adapt videos for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other advertising platforms
• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate production and explore new visual approaches
• Add sound effects, music, and basic audio treatment where required
• Collaborate with the Creative Director, graphic designers, editors, and other members of the production team
• Maintain organized project files and reusable templates

Requirements

• Middle-level professional experience in motion design, animation, video editing, or advertising production
• A strong professional portfolio or showreel demonstrating commercial-quality animation
• Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects
• Working knowledge of Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Practical experience with AI-powered image, video, or animation tools
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, easing, composition, typography, and visual storytelling
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining a high level of visual quality
• Experience creating multiple versions and technical adaptations from one master creative
• Understanding of common social media formats, codecs, aspect ratios, and delivery specifications
• Comfortable receiving direct feedback and working through fast iteration cycles

Nice to Have

• Experience creating performance advertising for mobile apps or games
• Experience with tools such as Higgsfield, OpenArt, Runway, Kling, Veo, LTX Studio, Adobe Firefly, or similar
• Character animation, gameplay editing, or UI animation experience
• Skills in Blender, Cinema 4D, or another 3D package
• Experience with expressions, templates, automation, or scalable versioning workflows
• Sound design sensibility
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics and creative testing

A professional portfolio or showreel and demonstrated experience with AI-assisted creative workflows are required.
