Who You Are:
You will elevate our commercial efforts and work cross-functionally to curate insights from market and shopper data, then translate those insights into business strategy. You will leverage a variety of data tools to develop clear and compelling insight stories that inspire action among internal stakeholders. You will bring a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset to help drive business performance and data-centric decision making.What You're Good At:
Flexible analysis skills to lead complex business analyses and projects from concept to completion
Strong presentation and visual presentation skills to tailor insights and gain consensus
Collaborate with sales, consumer insights, and marketing teams to understand current businesschallengesto developand execute research that provides actionable findings
Execute quick turnaround requests from the cross-functional partners, to become the expert on shopper behavior
Build and present recurring deliverables for internal executive level reports and dashboards
Own routine aspects of report maintenance and data integrity
Stay current on consumer trends, category insights, and competitive performance and broadcast this information internally
In this role your goals and KPIs will be focused around; increased category share, increased distribution, successful innovation, increased brand velocity
What You Contribute:
Bachelor’s Degree in business or analytics
3+ years’ experience in Shopper Insights,Consumer Insights,Category Management, or other CPG Analytics
Hands-on experience withCircana, Nielsen, SPINS or other Point-of-sale data sources, withfamiliarity with CPG metrics (ACV, TPD, Velocity)
Expert/Mastery of Microsoft Excel
Strong skills in Microsoft Word, and Power Point
Tableau or Power BI experience is a plus
Effective communication and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail
Highly analytical
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Contract management and negotiation experience a plus
Experience with custom research design and management a plus
